The Academy of Culinary Arts allows you to investigate the many exciting career options within the food service industry. You will learn and practice the fundamental skills involved in the selection, preparation, and service of meats, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, soups, sauces, desserts, and bakery items. Your preparation skills will be honed daily as you practice in a fully-equipped commercial kitchen. Students successfully completing the program will earn college credit and a nationally-recognized industry certificate issued by the National Restaurant Association.
