The Automotive Service Technology program offers a series of twelve (12) courses designed to prepare you to take the ASE certification tests and find employment as a skilled technician.

You will explore the many aspects and career opportunities within the automotive industry and be exposed to the new “High-Tech” world of automobile service and repair through daily hands-on work in the classroom and opportunities to meet and learn from local industry partners.

Computerized systems, specialized equipment, and industry specific employability skills are just a few of the topics that are covered extensively in this program.

Instructor Gene Maddox has an extensive background in the industry, which includes experience as a crew member in NASCAR races. He holds certification in all eight ASE areas, as well as from major automobile manufacturers, such as BMW, Subaru, Ford, Honda and more.
